LDA's Fitness Kickboxing leverages real-life self-defense techniques, executed upon innocent upright padded assailants, at 150 beats per minute! You’ll be fitter tomorrow than you are today!
Class includes nutrition consultation and fitness goal setting and progress tracking (hear rate, weight, calorie burn, etc.).
Please wear loose fitting clothing, a water bottle, and any prefferred gloves if you have them to class. We also provide a selection of gloves if you would like to wait to see which would best suit you.
